Ancestral Homes

Through my years of research I have discovered many places in which my ancestors lived and called home. Most of the places are modest, but on my paternal side of the family - containing many members of Scots and British nobility, these homes are quite impressive. Ranging from exquisite townhouse in fashionable London neigbourhoods to magnificent estates ranging from Scotland, the English countryside and even in downtown London, the history and beauty of these properties is quite amazing.

I have posted a series of photos and histories of the houses and estates I have found shortly under a new page entitled "Ancestral Homes".

A photo of Montagu House, one of, if not the largest private residences that once stood in downtown London where the old War Cabinet offices now stand.
